Detox diet plan to lose weight safely

Daily diet routine

In the morning when we get up, the first thing we should do is drink a juice based on lemon which will help us to eliminate the impurities and will have a better effect since it is depurative and we do it in aid. Later we must do breakfast, in which we will include a cup of red tea, accompanied by a glass of fruit juice, preferably of oranges. If we wish we can consume 50 grs. Of nuts that can be nuts, almonds hazelnuts, etc.

At lunch we will include a large amount of protein that comes out of the meat. For this reason we should consume a lean beef steak accompanied by lettuce and zuchini salad.
